It is carnival time again.  Our fun and exciting fundraiser will be held between Tuesday, June 3rd and Saturday, June 7th.

In accordance with your contracts, each family is responsible for working one carnival night or a $250 charge will be added to your tuition bill. Please download and fill out the form and return it to school no later than Monday, May 5th.

On the form, both the carnival dates and the carnival jobs are listed. In order for us to ensure that we have enough people for each night and for each job, we ask that you let us know which three days you would be available to work. You MUST INCLUDE FRIDAY OR SATURDAY as one of your choices. Please advise us of your three job preferences. More information is on the form.

In the event of inclement weather, you must still report to the carnival 50/50 booth the day you are scheduled to work.  You will be given another assignment when you sign in for another day. If you do not reschedule for another day and/or fail to show up, you will be charged $250.00.

We appreciate everyone’s assistance and cooperation with one of Holy Spirit’s School’s major fundraising events.  With everyone pitching in, we are certain it will be a wonderful success that will greatly benefit our school and our children.
