Our Annual Tricky Tray will be held on Friday, April 28th in the gym.
Our Annual Tricky Tray is one of our largest fundraisers and, as with other fundraisers, we rely on it to provide the necessary funds to keep our school going strong. On average we spend approximately $5,000 in gifts and prizes to compliment those items that are donated to us by local businesses.
This year we are not requiring families to make the annual contribution of $100 as in past years. Instead we hope you will consider making a monetary donation that is comfortable within your personal budget. These funds will allow us to purchase prizes in the top tier categories, since most donated prizes are used for our lower tier categories.
While a monetary donation will allow us to purchase prizes specific to our shopping list, we can also accept gifts. We request that any items donated be new and in it’s original box.
Please drop off any donations at the school office labeled: Tricky Tray Donation. We also remind you that many corporations will match monetary donations, so we encourage you to consult with the company you work for about this program.
Doors will open at 5 pm and calling will begin at 7 pm.
Tickets are $15 per person which includes admittance, one sheet of small prize tickets and dessert. Feel free to bring any other food and beverages. You must be 18 and over to be admitted.
